And Nickel is a silvery-white metal with a slight golden tinge, This crystal structure is stable to pressures of at least 70 GPa. And Nickel belongs to the transition metals and is very hard and ductile. And Hard Chrome is a steely-gray, lustrous, is used to reduce friction, improve durability through abrasion tolerance and wear resistance in general, minimize galling or seizing of parts. And Graphite's high thermal stability and electrical conductivity facilitate its widespread use as electrodes and refractories in high temperature material processing applications and resist temperatures of 700 °C and above. BRIEF INSTRUCTION

 

valve guide job is an operation which is performed on any Internal combustion engine, the purpose of which is to resurface the mating surfaces of the poppet valves and their respective valve seats that control the intake and exhaust of the air/fuel mixture that powers the motion of the piston after the start cycle. valve loses about 15 to 30 percent of its heat through the stem. On the exhaust side where there is no cooling effect from the incoming air/fuel mixture, the guides are critical, because cooling through the stem is especially important for valve longevity. Intake valve guide vacuum leak in the intake manifold: the extra air reduces intake vacuum and upsets the air/fuel calibration of the engine at idle, which may contribute to a lean misfire condition or a rough idle.
